Our rental orders are not refundable.

Customers can cancel the order via phone calls. They need to place a call to the office and request to cancel their orders. But monetary refund will not be entertained as all of the resources needed to fulfill the order would be already utilized. However, if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of order placement, 20% of the total cost would be deducted and refund will be made.
